Why is it so difficult to tell somebody "no"? Whether you squirm at the thought of it or just think you say it too bluntly, saying "no" is a necessary part of our lives, and particualrly so when you have to stand up for yourself when you're single.
In this week’s episode of The Single Girl’s Guide to Life, Chantelle discusses why you HAVE to learn to say no and some strategies for building your confidence doing so.
Whether it’s saying no to taking on more work, or no to a social invite, it’s time to put your big girl knickers on and try to do something a little challenging this week!
