Coming off of our Connection Series, I wanted to continue the conversation on building boundaries, pursuing what's in our best interest, and making sure we're navigating forms of self-care that align with our needs. And so for the next six episodes, we'll be exploring ways that we can take our power back - spiritually, emotionally, socially, and physically.
So I'm starting things off by sharing some perspective and getting real with you on self-sabotage and facing our fears. In our previous episode, we talked about how we can let others show up for us, but now I want to look at how we can show up for ourselves. Our goal is to, yes, take our power back, but even more so, go after our dreams and make them a reality. Dive in to set the tone and learn how you can do just that.
