In 2013, a drunk 16 year old named Ethan Couch caused a car accident that resulted in the deaths of 4 people. He pled guilty to the 4 counts of intoxicated manslaughter and was looking at a possible 20 years in prison. But his defense team was ready. They told the court that Ethan had an excuse for his behavior - he was too rich to know better.
