Still in Covid, in a market with great appreciation and more clients then ever yet both feeling burned out. To keep their personal and business relationship going they realized that they could not keep working at this insane pace something needed to change.

Unfortunately, in our industry we hear things like. " You have to work 24/7!" "Don't let clients know you have a life!" "You don't get to take vacations very often!"

Regina and Madison decide that this was not going to be their future. Some key changes were made.

• Become Aware that Burnout is real.
• Shift our mindset from scarcity to abundance.
• It's ok to say no.
• We are human and being vulnerable is ok, in fact it creates a deep connection to our clients.
• You don't have to take ever transaction referring sometimes is in the best interest of the client.
• What is your client profile? Stick to it.
• Understand your dollar per hour and know the 20% that will give you an 80% return.
• Be proactive and plan your time off.
• Speak from the heart, it's not always about business.
