Beyond Surviving with Rachel Grant
Education
In this episode, I reconnect with Shelly, who graduated from Beyond Surviving in 2016. We dive deep into the moment in her life when she told her mom about being abused and was punished instead of protected. We explore the importance of looking at and healing the mother wound so that we can move forward in our lives to develop compassionate and healthy relationships.
Shelly is a mother of six, loves meeting new people, is fascinated by human development, and a green thumb. More than that, she has tackled the traumas she experienced and gon on to become a licenses cosmetologist, earn her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Mental Health and is even a master in crystal healing. You can find her on Facebook or Instagram to learn more about the work she is doing in early childhood development.
