Dr. Arlene Coleman joins Martin Friedman again this week to conclude their discussion on racism in education. In our last podcast we heard about Dr. Coleman's journey to becoming an educator. This week she will dive deeper into the experiences she has had with racism in the workplace. As an African American teacher she found that she approached educating differently than the current system designed. We hope by listening to Dr. Coleman's story and hearing her thoughts that you will see our children need change. Our current education system is holding back children from learning and growing. Children's minds are just waiting to be set free.
