What to pray: Pray things go well, no matter what happens that you would be glorified both by how things go and how I respond (what and how like with performance evaluation)
E
Our work is generally a performance based culture, and everyone knows that at some level they are being evaluated for their performance. one way we can live out our faith through our work is with encouraging words to others regarding them doing well or when something has not gone well that the person is probably feeling bad about. , everyone knows when they mess up you don’t need to add to it or let them soak in it
My co-worker Steve this past week said with a smile that "things don’t always go as planned, I know you beat yourself up, nobody’s perfect except Jesus"
Proverbs talks often about value of an encouraging word
John 7:1 jesus said "“Judge not, that you be not judged."
Eph 4:32 "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."

#2-Hell exists
- Quote from Atheist Penn from magician duo Penn and Teller "
“I’ve always said that I don’t respect people who don’t proselytize. I don’t respect that at all. If you believe that there’s a heaven and a hell, and people could be going to hell or not getting eternal life, and you think that it’s not really worth telling them this because it would make it socially awkward—and atheists who think people shouldn’t proselytize and who say just leave me along and keep your religion to yourself—how much do you have to hate somebody to not proselytize? How much do you have to hate somebody to believe everlasting life is possible and not tell them that?
“I mean, if I believed, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that a truck was coming at you, and you didn’t believe that truck was bearing down on you, there is a certain point where I tackle you. And this is more important than that.”"
Many verses about Hell, but I'll leave with this one:
Matthew 10:28, Jesus says "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
L
Gen 28:16 ESV -"Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”"-we need to find Him in the middle Of our own reality (work), He's everywhere, so we know He's there at our work, we just have to have eyes to see
Hebrew shows it says I, I did not know it- not a mistake, one Rabbi indicates that when we don’t see God it’s because we are too focused on ourselves
