Ep. 122: Self-Sabotage: It happened to me and this is what I did next

Have you ever found yourself self sabotaging something in your life or business? This is something I see often but when it happened to me it was a huge wake up call. It’s my hope that this serves as a reminder that it this happens to all of us but we can course correct.
