Professor Saul Cornell doesn't like the latest round of arguments from the Supreme Court. SCOTUS seems poised to expand "gun rights," but Cornell thinks this is a case of "selective originalism." I agree, but Cornell is confused by "textualism" and "orignialism." The two terms aren't the same. SCOTUS shouldn't even have this case on the docket.
