Welcome to this week’s edition of the podcast.  

This week we’re looking at all things references and in particular, whether you have a right to receive a reference from your employer and what your employment rights are, if your employer refuses to provide you with a reference. 

We make reference to the use of Freedom of Information requests, as a way to get a copy of your reference.  There is a link at the bottom of the show notes,  to the .gov website where you can get further information about how to submit this type of request.
