Becoming Less Anxious in Conflict feat. Kristi Pergory
Kristi has identified as an anxious-preoccupied attachment style and had reactions in conflict that she did not understand and did not like - nor did her fiancé!
In the Reattach coaching group she was able to see her triggers and how she had more control than she thought over managing them. Now, she has more peace in her relationship and can move forward with confidence that she can handle her anxiety much better and be more present in all types of communication within her relationship.

-taking responsibility for actions and her role in conflict
