In this meditation practice we are exploring gratitude for our sacred vessels, and brilliant minds. We are feeding the garden of peace by leaning into gratitude, and love for ourselves. We are reminding ourselves of our greatness, and all that we have within. Our mantra is, "I am grateful for my sacred body, and my brilliant mind." As we restore to a place of peace we are able to realign, and find balance in the body and mind.
