Today we're checking back in with complete noob elk hunter Ben Dziwulski from WODPREP. He experienced 2 full weeks of public land elk hunting in Colorado. We find out how he prepared physically for the rigors of elk hunting and we dive into his fitness and nutrition. Ben is an amazing athlete and coach, and now he's completely hooked on trying to fill his freezer with organic protein called elk meat!
