In this meditation practice we are exploring gratitude for stability, and the everyday gifts that we receive. We are finding gratitude for shelter, warmth, food, and water. We are deeply connecting to gratitude, and the opportunities we have every single day. As we shift into this place of gratitude we are using a loving kindness practice to send positive energy, and well wishes into the world. Our mantra today is, "I am abundant, and I am grateful." As we remind ourselves of our abundance within we are connecting with contentment, and joy.
