T.C. Randall (not his real name by the way) is the author of the recently published book, The View from the Wrong Side of the Day and is a registered nurse who spent 14 years working in a British Columbia emergency room.

 After responding to patient, after patient, after patient and dealing with everything from major physical trauma and severe medical distress to death, it all came to head one day.

On this episode, T.C. talks about his battle with complex post traumatic stress disorder, an emergency medical system near collapse and why he felt compelled to share his story.
