On blindness in Star Trek: Anne's story

Listener Anne and I have been talking about her experiences as a blind Star Trek fan, so I invited her to come on the show. We had a discussion about her experiences, what she thinks about how Star Trek treats disabilities (particularly blindness) and what she would consider a good depiction of blindness in Star Trek. She also told me about what she does to help her enjoy Star Trek as a blind person.
