What is it like to be an International Teacher ? - The Beckie's chat with Jess Gosling to discover more about this fascinating educational career

We  are really pleased to be joined by Jess Gosling as  we discover the journey of an International Teacher.  Jess is a published Author about this very subject and has travelled the world developing her own teaching career.
We join her live from  Taipei where Jess is an International Early Years Teacher in Reception.
Why did Jess choose this career and what has she learnt along the way?
What is the role of an international teacher ?
What differences are their from Teaching in the UK ?
Jess talks about her work- life balance, her  workload, career choices, salaries and the expectations of teaching abroad.
In her current  Early Years Teacher role Jess has a team around her, she is resourced incredibly well and has time to develop pedagogy.
We also chat  about wellbeing, environments and bilingual teaching.   Jess discusses how the children learn new languages.  Children being  supported  in the language they speak within the   home is crucial,
she is passionate about teaching at each child's pace and allowing time for them to learn and thrive.
