Nancy has invested in real estate for over 30 years. She has owned an office building, warehouse, single family homes and small multifamily units. Since 2013 she has obtained an interest in over 800 multifamily units, both actively and passively. Nancy is also an attorney. She owned and operated Chillag & Associates, a law firm in Menlo Park, California, for over 25 years before retiring in 2013. Her firm provided legal advice to clients in the areas of real estate, construction, business and estate planning. As a real estate investor, Nancy has published 3 e-books – “Why Real Estate Investing is Right for You,” “No Money? No Time? No Problem! – How to Invest in Real Estate Even if You Think You Can’t”, and “The Lawyer’s Passive Income Guide”.
