299: Helping Refugees and Foster Kids Heal From Trauma w/ Mamie Amin

When talking about essential oil we often focus on the value they can bring to our own self-car, but what about their power to help others? The first thing you may think of when you hear the words “refugee” and “foster kid” may not be essential oils, but stop and think about it for a moment; so many of these children are forced from their homes because of war, or threat of death, causing tremendous trauma. Don’t we use our oils to deal with our own trauma all the time?  Maybe it’s time to pay it forward. Our guest Mamie Amin works closely with both refugee and foster child systems and shares first hand how she uses oils to give back.
