86: 3 Steps to Make Time for Urgent or Unexpected Tasks
Life happens. No matter how beautifully planned out a project is or how prepared you are for the day, things happen that throw your schedule out of whack. Which is why I’m sharing my 3 steps to make time for urgent or unexpected tasks.
Recently I was preparing for the launch of my new course and I thought I had everything set up and ready to go before I went on vacation. We had a wonderful weekend, but when I came home I noticed a typo in one of the images for my Facebook ads.
Getting it fixed wasn’t hard, but it was time consuming. Suddenly I had to spend two hours at the end of my weekend fixing this mistake.
Because of my 3 scheduling steps however, I was able to make time in my schedule (rather than staying up all night to squeeze it in). Listen in and learn why you need to be clear on your priorities, make time for your urgent tasks, and plan for them in advance.
