How do you fuel your life?
In this episode, we’re talking about something a little different from the usual topics on the show. I’m introducing you to the concepts of primary and secondary food.
Primary food is what is fueling you to live in a balanced way with a sense of fulfillment in your life, and secondary food is the food that you eat. We’re focusing on primary food.
Fuel for life, also known as the circle of life, is something I learned in my yoga teacher training. I’m taking you through each of the twelve areas in the circle of life and sharing my thoughts on each one.
As you listen, consider how you feel about each area too, and you’ll start to get a sense of where you are lacking fuel for your life and what you might want to work on.
