Building a legacy can be defined as what you have accomplished or how you treat others. Discovering your purpose and what you want to create, paves the way to achieving your goals and aspirations.
Our first caller, Sarah, wants to know how she can stay motivated to complete her therapy exercises. Nancy advises Sarah to think back to the moments when she regretted not doing the physical therapy. Our inspirational guest, Hannah Elizabeth, has been in a wheelchair since she was two years old. She was born with Osteogenesis imperfecta, a genetic disorder that affects her bones and causes them to break easily. Despite the challenges Hannah faces everyday, she always strives to look on the positive side and focus on her abilities rather than what she is unable to do. Hannah was able to discover her passion for beauty and started her own successful makeup youtube channel. Nancy recommends that Eric embrace the moment and utilize this time to spend with his family. Nancy also reminds Eric to be grateful for the gifts he has at this present time and not to dwell on the “what ifs.” Tune in to hear how you can live for today and worry less.
