第二十七招：Read for the general meaning first. Don’t worry about understanding every word, then go back and look up new words. 先读懂大概的意思，不要担心是否了解了每个字，读完后，再回去查看新的字。

在我们的范例文字中，在第一个段落的最后一句说：

“And the media or other technologies we use in learning and practicing the craft of reading…”

你可能不知道“craft”这个字的意思，但你不需要知道！如果你跳过它，你还是可以了解句子的意思：“And the media or other technologies we use in learning and practicing reading.我们在学习和练习阅读的时候所使用的媒体和其他科技。”
