The annual tradition continues as Jason and Rich welcome friends Curtis Harris and Reinis Lācis to the show for the Over and Back Holiday Special!
This year, we'll be watching the 1987 Christmas Day showdown between the Detroit Pistons (15-5) and New York Knicks (8-16). There is plenty to talk about on this show as the Knicks have missed the playoffs three years in a row and have brought in a new coach (Rick Pitino).
A rookie point guard Mark Jackson is looking to solidify the Knicks lineup while one has to wonder if Patrick Ewing will ever lead a winner in New York. In the Motor City, the Pistons have been to two Eastern Conference Finals in the last four years but haven't been able to get over the hump and make a run to the NBA Finals.
They have one of the best records in the league and look great so far. Is this the year they finally make it?
Join us for our holiday special, a night of laughs, nostalgia, drinking games and so much more.
