1 - Recognize the patterns
Recognize the familiar story you keep repeating. Once you catch yourself repeating that story make a conscious decision to change it! What you focus on you get more of!
2 - Stop disempowering yourself!
Blaming others keeps you captive in that cycle (story) Take responsibility for your choices! That’s when you gain your power back!
3 - What’s the under lying emotion?
There is always an emotion that gets triggered! Usually it’s a feeling of “ Not Good Enough”
4 - What’s the lesson? If you refuse to expect to learn a lesson of a situation, you’ll most likely repeat that cycle again!
5 - Make a different choice!
We think it’s easier to repeat cycle but it’s actually more emotionally draining! Repeating cycles keeps us caught in our emotional triggers.
You have to start making the unfamiliar familiar!
It may seem like too much effort at the beginning but it’s worth it!
