Satellite Sisters Announce First Book Tour Dates

On today's Satellite Sisters, we lead off with announcements of our first two book tour dates to kick-off the publication of YOU'RE THE BEST; A CELEBRATION OF FRIENDSHIP. Join us Thursday October 29th at Powerhouse Arena in Brookyn, New York and Sunday November 8th at Vromans in Pasadena.  The Powerhouse appearance will feature what Lian describes a "a boatload of Satellite Sisters ioncluding many from the next generation".  The Vroman's appearance will headline Lian, Sheila and Liz.  More details about these dates and other book tour dates will be posted at www.satellitesisters.com and on our Satellite Sisters Facebook page so stay tuned.     Also on today's episode of Satellite Sisters: Liz files a complete report from her ComicCon experience, including a fun meet-up with some longtime listeners and a fascinatng discussion with an Academy Award winner.  Plus, heads-up on the new Muppet Show coming fin the fall and a new show she's working on called Outcast from Robert Kirkman, creator of The Walking Dead.   Lian has created a new way of looking at voting blocks in the U.S. so pay attention, Nate Silver of 538.  It's all about products from the Vermont Country Store.
