Happy New Year! For the first episode of 2022, I wanted to focus on 3 productivity apps that really helped me find balance over the holidays. By removing the distractions of scrolling on social media, you can get hyper focused on DEEP WORK.
1) Enabling Screen Time Limits on social media apps TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook. Give yourself just 1 hour per day to scroll OR limit your mini-breaks into 15min chunks only.
2) The Five Minute Journal - this video isn't sponsored by them, I just wanted to highlight how impactful writing down my gratitude and lessons learnt of the day can be.
3) Reorganising your calendar to block out time for all the activities that aren't considered DEEP WORK. Make your diary work for YOU, don't work around your diary!
