The truth is... The New Year is fun... it is amazing actually!! But it is also essentially the same as every new day and every new potential reality or life that exists inside of that day for you.. 

The New Year just tends to be this collectively accepted global or Universal "reset"...   
I want to share with you today what I feel is going to be the most important thing we can do to ensure that our intentions and "resolutions" have the best change at merging you into that reality in your life.. And that is our ability to consciously release emotions that are stored inside of our body and being from traumatic experiences that we have yet to find perspective or clarity on.. Our ability to surrender, find grace and release these events AND the stories of fear or justification that exists inside of those events will be the great equalizer when it comes to actually setting a new intention and realizing it without repeating a fear loop created from the shadow self energy of inner child acknowledgement and healing we need to do...
