Hi,
This week's podcast is a chat about consistency with Josh Griffiths, who personifies consistency in British Marathon running.
This follows nicely from the last podcast in which we covered setting sustainable goals and I suggested that it's not as simple as setting a goal, believing it can be done and cracking on/hoping for the best. In this one, we go into depth about what the benefits of consistency are as well as talk a bit about how to be consistent as we pursue our goals in running and beyond.
Now, despite believing in substance over style (see episode 25 on my values), one of my goals is to improve the production quality of this niche and rustic podcast, and to that end I used a new bit of kit, and I have reviewed it and clearly there is a little more work to be done! (You will see what i mean once we get chatting).
Anyway, I really enjoyed this chat, it has a bit of everything in it and I hope you do too.
Thanks a lot
Steve
