There's something somewhat sacred about horses. This conversation brought back many fond memories for myself as a teenager cantering through the gorgeous countryside in Tasmania, just me and my horse.

Jane is a nurse turned psychotherapist with a plethora of therapeutic qualifications under her belt, one of which is equine therapy. She is the Director of Equine Assisted Therapy Australia and it's fair to say I loved every minute of this conversation with Jane.
