Isaiah Spiller attended Klein Collins High School in Spring, Texas. During his High School career, Spiller totaled 3,587 scrimmage yards and scored 53 touchdowns. Upon completion of High School, Spiller, (a four-star prospect) committed to Texas A&M University to play college football.
Isaiah Spiller appeared in 35 games for the Aggies. In those 35 contests, Spiller totaled 2,933 yards on 541 carries and added an additional 585 yards on 74 career receptions. Spiller found the end zone a total of 26 times at Texas A&M. His best season came in his 2020 sophomore season in which he totaled 1,229 scrimmage yards and scored 9 times.
