Are your habits sustainable or are they unrealistic?
Today I am going to talk to you guys about setting goals that you can sustain for the long run. With the start of the new year so many people get really motivated to start new habits, change up routines, and so on. The big problem with all these new changes is that most of the time people can't sustain these new habits. I want to encourage you to consider what habits do you want to implement into your life, and can you keep them up? If you have already started this year and feel overwhelmed or behind I want to ask you, how can you take your goals and make them something you can stick too?
