Have you recently set some goals for yourself? Look, as an athlete for most of my life and then in the fitness industry, I think I talked about goals nearly every day for most of my life. But you know when you set a goal, and you’re sure it’s a good idea, and you’re sure you can do it… I mean it will be tough but you’re disciplined, right? Yes, right! You are disciplined and you can achieve the goal… IF you set your goals the right way.
