Christian Vegetarian Series: Saint Jerome, And... The Ebionite Book of Acts
Today, another installment in the ongoing Christian Vegetarian Series. Did you know that Saint Jerome, Latin name: Eusebius Hieronymus, translator of the Vulgate Bible, was a vegetarian? It's preserved in a treasure-trove of literature known as the Ante-Nicene Fathers composed before 325 AD. Happy Veganuary!
