Episode 292: Dangers of the individual focus

My main task - what it is most said to me at the end of a teen session - or any session really regardless of age 

“I feel seen" - “I feel you get me"

Being seen - ironically it’s only when we feel seen that we bring the best of us to a group or a collective.

So why is this generation living in turmoil? Not feeling enough?
