Alex Lyon is an Associate Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Communication at the College at Brockport, State University of New York. His area of study is Organizational Communication with an emphasis on leadership, power, and ethics. In 2016, he wrote ***Case Studies in Courageous Communication.*** Some organizations do a much better job than others at creating high-performance workplaces that are outstanding places to work. The book makes that path clearer for others to follow.
