His area of study is Organizational Communication with an emphasis on leadership, power, and ethics. In 2016, he wrote ***Case Studies in Courageous Communication.*** Some organizations do a much better job than others at creating high-performance workplaces that are outstanding places to work. The book makes that path clearer for others to follow.
