Bio I'm an Dublin born singer-songwriter and self-confessed late-developer, now living in Freiburg, Germany. After years of hiding behind bands, wishing I was Janis Joplin and trying very hard not to be so damned "nice", I've finally made peace with my voice and my undeniably suburban Irish musical roots... "Relative Calm" is the result. It's my first solo album and I hope someone out there likes it! Happy listening... New Album "Relative Calm" This is essentially a solo project, but I had lots of help on the new album: Guitars and sounds - Jens "Big Doc" Lucht (musical partner, surrogate brother, coach and general pain-in-the-ass); Piano & backings - Jan Ullmann (our talented diva who is now concentrating on his own band: check out their great sounds at www.wilson-music.de); Bass - Ingo Rau (also producer and friend - but somebody give that man a decent meal...); Percussion - Mourat Coskun (award winner and all-round good egg); Violin - Catherine Bottomly (close girlfriend and orchestral sex goddess); Viola - Daniela Dieterich (a young lady with balls); Cello - Anne-Katrin Beller (a realy sweetie and a thorough professional); Low whistle and Irish bouzouki - Gerry Murray (an old mate from university with his own successful musical career: www.gerrymurray.com); Extra backings - Sascha Bendicks (find out more about this gorgeous man on www.die-halbe-wahrheit.de)
