Ep. 84 - Just Go For it with Courtney Cedeño

In this episode, empowerment coach Courtney Cedeño shares with how she took radical responsibility to living her dreams and her commitment to freedom by leaving a life in the US to moving her family to Bali and educating her child in an alternative way.

Courtney took her dream and made the decision to 'go for it', forgetting the “shoulds” and judgement of others, to break the rules of society and find a life that was in alignment with her truth, not others'.

She reminds us that it’s more risky to stay where we are than to take the leap into the unknown; encouraging us to cultivate the courage to act on our desires, and come from a place of open possibility!

If you want to understand the formula to manifesting your dreams, in this episode we explore the importance of tuning into the end result and listening to yourself from within. Through cultivating the feeling, taking action, and building a deep trusting relationship with the universe, Courtney shows us that manifestation is much simpler than we may think.

Once Courtney took the leap, the result was more than she could have imagined - her son is now enriched with their new authentic lifestyle and Courtney has found her purpose by following her authentic desires and turning her hobbies into a booming business - living a fulfilled life in Bali.

Courtney gives us hope, by reminding us that even if anything gets in the way of making our dreams happen, we should follow what it is that we truly want to do, remembering that nothing is permanent in life , everything is temporary and you can always return to where you were in the first place.

Finally she encourages us to be confident & clear about what we’re desiring, and not be afraid to believe in something bigger than ourselves, and act whilst trusting that the universe will help us along the way.
