Episode 61 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about answering the question, ‘what is health’ and how integrity relates to our health.
We hear it from people all the time, especially around the new year — they want to live healthier and they want to focus on their health.
But what does ‘health’ actually mean?
The root of the word health comes from old English Germanic meaning ‘whole,’ the state of being whole.

That means you've created health in all the different areas of your life — your financial life, your relationship life, your physical life, your emotional life, and your spiritual life.
Are you integral? Do you have wholeness? Are there areas of your life right now where you’re lacking this experience of integrity?
Not sure? Then this episode is for you!
