The Pipeman is interviewing Paolo from Crusade of Bards. They are from over the pond. The genre is called Symphonic pirate metal. It describes their music and who they are as musicians. Pipeman dated a girl who parents were real pirates. They don’t want to close them off to only melodic metal. If they like music you can find something that you can enjoy. The music is epic. People don’t realize can be intricate and musical. They don’t force metal music into their music. They believe in the composition. Some of the best music we have is combining genres of music and sub genres. The band is not really a fan of the big metal bands. More of the second-generation metal bands. Paolo has a passion for history geography. New video is out February 18th. It is going to show that they talk about history in their music. The new album is called tales of the seven seas. They have 2 songs for every sea. The concept for the album was from palo. He wanted the name of the album to connected to the songs. Every song shas to have a story musically and lyrically.
