If you're an income producer, you are working hard - you're simply ambitious. But if you are a business owner and you're building a business that makes money instead of you trying to make money, then you're going to be ambitiously lazy. What we mean by that is you work really hard upfront, because you intend to not work so hard going forward; to build a business that will free you to do something else when you want to, even if it's starting another business.
