Nutrition During Training and Racing: Your Complete Guide
What should you be eating as your training for an ultra endurance race? What should your nutrition strategy be during a race? And what are the best things to eat after a long training session?
These are the most common questions I get from people who are following my ultra endurance journey. So, I thought making a podcast answering these questions would be super useful for anyone who is looking to dive into how to approach their nutrition.
In this episode, I cover nutrition principles for training and races. Specifically, how to approach eating before a training session or a race, during the activity, and when the session is finished.
I also cover a little bit of science behind why these principles work for most people, and how you can tweak your nutrition strategy to better accommodate your body and how you handle food.
