The question asked here was- If Om Swami could talk about the Nath yogis who come across as very kind and at times very short-tempered.
Om Swami says that since part of his lineage is linked to the Nath parampara (lineage), he can shed light on it. Matsyendranath, who is considered the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, started the Nath parampara. Gorakshnath (the result from the holy ash given to a woman by Matsyendranath )came out of the compost pit as a twelve-year-old. He was trained under Matsyendranath and later sent to do tapas in the Himalayas. With him, the Nath parampara went ahead. Nath yogis are supposed to live only where their gurus live or roam around without having their dwellings, says Om Swami.
