Takeaways: When you're true to yourself more often, the answers just come so much easier. You have to really look at yourself in the mirror every day and see exactly who you are, whether or not you choose to share that person with everybody else. Being self-aware is all about recognizing your faults, taking ownership of the mistakes that you make, and the failures that you have in relationships and communication, and learning from that. Having self awareness is kind of understanding what your weaknesses are, as well as your strengths -- and that's a complete person. Being confident it starts with working out and feeling good. Do deal with failure, it's important to kind of have that emotion, go through it, feel it 100% and then move the hell on from it and leave it. Trust your gut and actually use it every single time you're in a human interaction. When you feel something, speak it. Period.
