Being unable to believe in yourself and being always doubtful about your capabilities are two of the most common struggles people are trying to deal with these days. Many of us are having a hard time shifting from thinking negative things about ourselves, to staying optimistic and believing that we can achieve anything we want.
I believe in order to overcome those struggles you must take responsibility for yourself and seize your power back. So today’s conversation is going to focus on doing just that.

13 years ago, Natalie was a divorced single mom, broke, overweight, in debt, and had lost her house and her confidence. She has been through a lot, but these challenges didn’t stop her. Instead, she used them as a motivation to completely turn her life around. She started sharing what she’s going through and telling people what she is doing about it. That’s how she attracted people following along because there are tons of people who can relate to her story.
