Jenny Pentland

Jenny Pentland, author of the riveting memoir This Will Be Funny Later, was the real life inspiration for the Becky and Darlene characters on the series Roseanne, created by her mother Roseanne Barr. Jenny joins the show to talk about having been institutionalized between the ages of 13 and 18, how being a mother to five children of her own has kept her from feeling much anger at her own parents, weight issues, fame, gastric bypass, living in Hawaii, eating a squirrel, mysticism, her childhood friendship with Christina P, panic attacks, PTSD, her mom's tweets and so much more.
