I’ve always had a strong gratitude practice, but in 2021, I’m pumping it up even more. I’ve started gratitude journaling every day. And, so far this year, out of everything I’ve put in my journal that I’m grateful for, none of it has been things. It’s okay to be motivated by things, especially when you’re just starting out, but the goal is to get to the place where it’s the experiences and the people in your life that you’re grateful for.
