Our guest, Erika Winbush has been through this and she has the perfect answer for you. 

Erika is an IFBB Pro. She started competing in 2016 and amazingly received her pro card after only competing for three shows. Besides competing, she is the Founder and CEO of her clothing line, Liv Bold Royalty, a company that represents women empowerment. She volunteers at The City Eats as a way of giving back to the society. Erika is also a mom of two cuties, that she says drives her to do what she does.
