Sometimes at moments of transition, when we need our friends’ and family’s support the most, we find that some people don’t fully support what we’re trying to do. This can be a very tough situation and understanding what’s really happening is very important. If you don’t, you’ll either get derailed from your plans or you’ll lose a friend. And, the fact is, that both of those things can be avoided if you just take a moment to understand what’s going on. In today’s episode, Chalene explains why some people are supportive and others aren’t and gives you some guidance on how to handle it.
