Sarah Kim-Jenkins and her mother, operated Irori Sushi in Marina del Rey back in the aughts before opening Ramen Yukinoya in Arcadia and Rowland Heights. They opened Moto-Ramen at the beginning of the pandemic on the Westside with their longtime Japanese Executive Chef who caters to a loyal fan base. Her Okinawa-inspired ramen menu features black garlic tonkotsu, spicy miso, tan tan men, shio chicken, and it's delicious. While running the resto, Sarah is raising two small children.
